Why are you still working at Telebu?

During a scheduled 1-1, one of my teammates asked me a surprisingly good question. 

Not the kind you hear in a typical 1-1. 

Not the kind someone usually asks their manager.

“Vasu, why are you still here at Telebu?”

I was like, “Wait, I thought this was your 1-1? Did you just ask me that?” 

It’s not that I hadn’t thought about it before, but this caught me unawares. 

This was my version - the freedom and autonomy to take decisions, the team we put together, etc. 

Now that I have been thinking of it, the most important reason is the impact our customers can create with Telebu’s solutions.

Especially now, when one of our clients is educating 700 farmers on best practices during COVID on a conference call.
