If I’ve learned one thing in my long career, it’s that waiting is the most expensive thing to do in real estate. Many buyers tell me they want to wait and see what the market does, but that means they’re afraid. It’s okay to be afraid, but you should admit it and realize that your emotions won’t always steer you in the right direction. There are tons of great reasons to own a home regardless of what the market is doing.
