5 个月Simple yet many people find consistency is a challenge. I have two mantras for anyone who finds the consistency that Hanna suggests to be difficult. The most successful person I know uses these two very effectively: 1. Show up: 80% of success is showing up. 2. Out last: the remaining 20% is just sticking with it after others will give up.
