WHY YOU SHOULD START EXERCISING TOMORROW MORNING IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN DOING SO.

A number of my friends consider me crazy when I share with them that I start my daily routine with a 30 to 40 minute exercise. Many of them scoff at me and wonder why I do exercise. "Darious, do you also want to reduce size?" most of them will ask. I am sure they ask this because I am small in size and since to them exercise for weight loss, people like me should be enjoying their early morning sleep than jogging. In fact, one of my neighbours asked me the same question this morning and I had to take me time to explain why I do exercise.
But why had the power of exercise been reduced to weight loss yet there are enormous benefits that we can achieve through exercise including being able to deal with stress and anxiety, working the brain and generating new ideas. In fact, I have found that I tend to generate a lot of ideas of what I do when I am jogging. This applies to both my work and other aspects outside work. Thank God I read the Book - Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod and it awakened me regarding exercise.
That said, I came across a video that provides evidence of how exercise expands our brain and improves our ability to learn. I believe that when you watch it, you will pick up your jogging shoes and be ready for that exercise tomorrow morning. I will not bore you with anything more other than letting you watch the video and see the evidence yourself. Here is the link. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsVzKCk066g
