Reach for things you consider impossible.

Joseph Campbell has a quote: “The cave you fear holds the treasure you seek.”?

My friend JP Sears once asked me, “What is the cave you fear? What if the fear you feel gives you a clue or has a deeper lesson in the game? What have you always dreamed of doing that’s so big and scary you can’t even talk about? What dream is so huge you’re embarrassed to even utter the words?”??

Through my snot cries I told him the scary secret — my unspeakable dream. I said, “I am a global spiritual leader.” The words coming out of my mouth felt so far away from the woman uttering them, it was as if I was speaking a foreign language. I was embarrassed because I believed I was so far away from that truth. All kinds of thoughts popped in like, “How could you say that” “You’ll never get there!” “How arrogant to want that!” “Be happy with what you have!” and on and on.?

We all have those thoughts — we simply have to learn not to listen to them, and instead to shift our beliefs with subconscious healing modalities until our beliefs align with our dreams.

JP then said, “What’s your action step?” I saw the binder filled with the course I’d written 14 years ago — InsideOUT: How to Create a Life You Desire by Going Within. And I said, “I will rewrite the course I wrote 14 years ago.” The next week I asked 25 incredibly supportive women to be the beta testers while I wrote it (I know enough about myself to have accountability partners in place as I have a strong drive to not let anyone down).?
