Rage rooms offer you space to express your hidden emotions by smashing items of your choice.? Metal, glass, plastic, or the crockery item of your choice.?
Japan introduced this concept in the year 2008, and it spread to western countries during the year 2015.? Rage rooms became familiar in India from the year 2019.?
Rage rooms are not recommended by experts as an immediate remedy for anger-related issues. According to them, more focus should be given to managing anger starting from school.

Walking helps to release your anger.
Another way to deal with anger is to take deep breaths, repeat a word that calms you, and let your muscles relax.? Avoid violence or using a weapon.
