What was supposed to be a normal closing day for my clients in Hoboken became a stark reminder of why you should always do a thorough final walk-through before closing on a property. Using this recent situation as a cautionary example, today I’m reviewing the steps you should be following when you conduct the all-important final walk-through of a property.
