"My wife and I own a home in Jersey City, but wanted to move somewhere closer to our jobs to shorten the 120 mile round trip commute. We began casually looking for houses to rent in Central Jersey, which is where we met Michael McDonald. We were going to be first time landlords, so we were somewhat nervous to potentially carry payments on two houses, but Mike always reassured us that he would find tenants within our time frame. We spoke and texted, or emailed daily without fail. There was constant communication from him which made us feel at ease. He marketed the house through every outlet and constantly updated it to make sure it was the top option on each website. Within a short period of time, Mike found the perfect tenant for the house. Again, it just clicked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

When we began the rental process, my wife and I were skeptical because we have heard horror stories about dealing with realtors.
