I bet you are part of so many different Facebook groups, but have you got one for your business? If not then I am going to give you some reasons to why you should have a group.
Facebook pages are great to showcase your business and for some people will give you more credibility then having just a website. It is also a great place to share things about the business and for your customers to rave about the business.
Still have a page but this is also why you should set up that group.
1) Engage with your followers.
Groups are a great place to get a conversation going and you are in control with what it is about. As long as you are giving good engaging content then people will talk away. Building your group up to a point where other people start the conversation.
2) Build trust.
Building trust is so important to any business, without trust people will not buy from you. With a group there is also more of a human touch then just hiding behind a Facebook page as you can interact with your Facebook profile.
3) You are in control.
As the person in charge of this group you are in charge of the content that goes out, which also means this is a great place to do some market research. You can shape the questions you ask people to not just get them talking about your brand but giving you insights into what people want.
4) Your potential customers and current customer all in one place.
It is like having one big list for your business but all in one place. This is also a great chance for your new customers to rave about your business for your potential audience to see. This also means when you are launching something you can share it out to everyone, it is like having a second emailing list.
When having a group it is important to have reasons for people to come to your group and keep them coming back. Value in your content is one of the important sides or else no one will come or stay.

5 年There is also an option now on Facebook that lets you add your business page as admin, "group Moderated by "Your business"? one of several new features! Each time you accept a member they get a notification that your business has accepted them into the group, some people will Google the business shortly after. If you're accepting over 100 members per day like me, it only takes a small percentage of people that might actually be interested in your services. I'm not sure how long this Facebook group & business page integration option has been present, but in my experience it's more powerful and instant than other marketing mediums.? Being a group admin of a large group gives certain benefits. Obviously, starting a new group and getting members takes time, it took me 3 years to build a group from scratch and get to 30k members.? Groups are often overlooked by the vast majority of marketers, I know that Facebook is avoided by a large % of B2B marketers as they are convinced it is purely B2C focused.??
