Why you should accept you failed
You must not let successes get to your head but also must not let failure consume your heart.?
There's nothing more natural than fear: it is in our DNA that we should fear our environments. Anxiety is a part of life because it helps us to work toward something and punishes us for lounging.
Failure is inevitable, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to build something amazing, and in fact you should be afraid of not trying at all.
Through failure you will get to know yourself better and you will learn from your mistakes. Failures make us rethink, reconsider and find new ways and strategies to achieve our goals.
Failure doesn’t mean your idea wasn’t valid or that your dream isn’t good enough.?
Failure is a redirection: it shows you where you shouldn't be.
Failure is an opportunity: it's a chance to reevaluate and come back stronger with better reasoning.
Take these failures you will face with grace because you'll learn more in a single failure than in a lifetime of success: trust the process.

What should you do?
1. Recognise and accept your emotions: failure hurts and you need to accept that.
2. Don’t worry what anyone else will think: you cannot control what other people think.
3. Take the right amount of responsibility: it is important to recognise what you yourself could have done to improve matters and don’t talk bad behind someone's back (lies have short legs).
We have perhaps become a little wiser about the importance of recognising and showing our emotions. However, being able to win and lose gracefully is still an attitude that it might be appropriate to cultivate.
So admit you failed: failure won't kill you but your fear of failure just may keep you from success.
