Why are you Only Advertising Jobs to Passive Candidates?

We need to redefine what a passive candidate is. Let me explain why.
Those people who weren't actively job-seeking but who clicked your job ad are passive candidates, sure. But they're only a fragment of those you could be nurturing toward an application.
Meaning you have a severely restricted talent pool.
To us here at Chezz, a passive candidate is more than someone who's either settled in a role or simply employer brand unaware.
They're someone who has no interest in clicking on a job ad of any description. Zilch.
But that doesn't mean they won't be interested in a year, a month, a week, or a day's time. One wrong word from the boss and they could suddenly think, "This isn't for me anymore."
And when they do think that, you need to already have been there for them long enough that you're the first name they think of.
Not just with ads that demand they apply right now. And not just with top-of-funnel social content that gives them nothing more than a culture-glimpse, either.
Here's what to do:
Shout if you have any questions.
