1. Do you have specific experience with Hyv? implementations? Check their portfolio and ask for Hyv?-specific case studies. Or get them a pilot task, and ask for interviews, sometimes agencies like us are working so deeply that they could hardly get the time to update their own work. But in this case, we have made our website on Hyva. That's what the biggest advocacy we do!
2. How do you handle third-party integrations? If you have been part of their slack community or are aware of the further roadmap, some extensions and integrations are yet to be a finished hyva solution! Make sure they have a strategy for working with your existing extensions going with vendor support or a custom one.
3. What performance benchmarks will you meet? Ensure they are clear about the load times and performance improvements you can expect.
