I have heard many people saying that they don’t need a guru or a coach. They will do it themselves. In my experience this is a mistake many of us make. Why? Because I am a life coach & I need work. Just kidding :)

Why, because if you look at industry giants they all take third party consultancy & advice in one way or the other. They will hire a marketing consultant, a sales consultant or a creative coach. But they never compromise on taking expert guidance.

It only makes sense for small & medium scales enterprises to walk the trail. One can & must decide how much to invest and where to invest but business coaching or consulting is a must for business looking for progressive growth.

Growth & healing is part of life. Wherever one sees life one can find growth & healing. Leave a house for a year and you will find green life has grown around the house, you will find other life forms occupying the space. Whenever we get a cut on skin it heals itself.

In easy words google it and see the reviews. Don’t take that seriously, it is not that easy. First you need to understand your situation. Where your organization stands and where you want to take it?

Secondly, you need to find the coach with an expertise in that area. You need someone who understands the process of coaching, consulting & training and also who understand aspects of your business.

Last but not the least you as a leader of your organization must feel a connection with your business coach. If you have that connection together you can make wonders in your industry.
