Why You Need to Have a Content Execution Plan

Business is no longer as usual as it used to be. It’s either you are going big with your content, or you’ll have to go home—the home of bankruptcy, that is.??

While content plays a huge role and has even been regarded by many experts as king, it won’t be getting the desired results when it is distorted and does not follow any particular pattern.

That’s like a guy making a pass at every random lady with the phrase “will you marry” and hoping he gets a yes. It’s just about the same with your content marketing. When you don’t have a defined audience that needs the services you render, you will only be putting out content with no particular audience in mind.??

That’s wasting resources. You already have a lot on your plate as a business to be wasting valuable resources.

So how can this be fixed?

Simple! By having a content execution plan in place!

There are so many gaps that your business can bridge when a content execution plan is in place, helping you achieve your goals. The possibility of putting out content and hoping they get attention will be curbed because when you have a content execution plan.


You can picture your audiences’ personas through conversations to determine what forms of content modalities drive home the message.

You are also able to find out important details such as:

  • Where (platform) and how (content type) prefer to consume your type of content?
  • What content will your audience consume as they move through your sales funnel?

When all this is in the picture, building a plan that can absorb what content to create daily, weekly, monthly, and throughout the year becomes possible, moving you ever closer to your ultimate goal as a business.
