WHY YOU NEED A BUYER'S AGENT

Did you know that the real estate world has its own share of legal drama? Take the National Association of Realtors?(NAR) lawsuit, for example. Do you know THE GOAL of the DOJ and the attorney’s filing the lawsuit? To slash home prices! But here's the twist: the solution they proposed ends up costing buyers more!? The attorneys handling the case, suing and declaring that a buyer’s agent commission is too much, are making about 33% of the entire $418 million settlement!! This leaves consumers who won (!) receiving a check from $21 - $27!!! I don’t believe my clients were harmed but served.? However, the settlement says all consumers were harmed and will get this check.
