Why You Must Stop Hunkering

There's a lot of "hunkering down" right now.

On one hand, it's understandable. The economy is in crisis mode, and there's more uncertainty than there's been in our lifetimes.

However, don't be fooled.

There's also an abundance of opportunity for you, your team, and organization.

I'm connecting with leaders in the cleaning, healthcare, and technology industries; and they are focused on how they can best serve their customers and each other during this time period.

Before you say, "Sure there's a lot of opportunity for those industries!"...

It's not just them. 

There are also leaders from industries that have been slammed like in Food and Beverage and Hospitality. In my conversations, they are focused on the exact same thing.

The one common theme is this...

Action creates opportunity.

Instead of "hunkering", planning, or strategizing, they are taking action.  

They are taking lots of action, not knowing which one will work. But, through these actions and experiments they are learning what does work!
