3 simple steps to start living

You achieved the dream that you thought, but you are feeling bored..? Restless..? Trapped?
On Paper you have a good job, great house even family but, your life is not real, it is constructed.
You are planning for a long game it’s the rest of your life.
If you are not comfortable, drifting feeling trapped it’s easy to cut up all things and below everything but, in reality, it’s not that easy the idea is fascinating but also terrifying you to get out of your comfort zone and face your anxieties.
Getting drifting
People start drifting when they feel that the only path they have is the path that most people take according to culture and social considerations.
And most of them don’t know what the mean of drifting? But they feel miserable they don’t like their life because the worst thing to feel is nothing at all. the only reason to drift yourself is not feeling pain .the pain is the only dictator of what you need to go or what you need to move away from and when you don’t have this signal you stuck and start drifting.
For instance, you make a certain amount of money and you feel comfortable this is a good amount, this is what most people make I'm fine but in reality not, because if you hang out with wealthier people you feel that you have some work to do.
Getting trapped
If you are working 60 or 70 hours per week so, you trapped you are getting more responsibilities, you think that you have to buy a big house, more expensive wedding, buy a better car.
But, at the end of the day you need to escape, you need to quit your job and pursue your dream but you can't because you have to pay for your new house luxury car and support the lifestyle you think you should have so you are getting trapped.
You realize that your time is being swallowed whole by your career and family and always running but you do not go anywhere.
But how can I start living?
There are there three simple steps to get out of being drifting and trapped is called “ADD” system. Each letter is referring to one step to get released.
“A” refers to AWALKING, take a look at yourself, your behavior and became aware of things that make you unhappy, it is the first step to change it. Changing can be painful but, it hurts a whole less than staying in a miserable relationship or working at a job you hate.
“D” refers to Disrupting (how to break old habits and patterns)
Two ways to get out of the bad current situation
Interrupting bad behavior by stopping or just pausing. BREAKING NEGATIVE CYCLES.
Adding something experimenting new things like challenges see how you mind works, how it can fight like see what goes in your head like giving up alcohol for 60 days giving up your cell phone for 30 days.
Second “D” refers to Design your future
Creating a new positive routine that helps you to live the life you are dreamed of.
To dream up any version of yourself which choose, its opportunity to think big, change can be painful but it is possible.
Everything is created twice once in your mind then in reality. You can get stuck in planning and strategizing SO, Once you have a plan and motivation take massive action
Like if you can spin your car wheels freely as fast as you want but if it doesn’t touch the ground you won't go anywhere.
