(This wisdom will blow you)
It is always an amazing thing when companies advertise jobs within, mostly employee may not want to attempt, others will still attempt, yet others will be bold and just apply desperately to get the position like they would if they didn't have a job.
After attending an internal interview of (TAD) after over 8 years of never being interviewed properly, and then not getting the position that was advertised, through wisdom, I decided not to be offended but learn from my mistakes.
My thoughts about the panel of interviewer.
1. They must be smiling as they are asking questions, this builds the energy of the candidate.
2. Interviews must be interactive not interrogations.
3. Sometimes read the heart before you hear the words, sometimes I may not speak the right words, but my heart is right.
4. Always give feedback, even negative feedback will still be appreciated.
Honestly, I'm happy to tell you that all the points above I met them during my interview, and I love the feedback from the HRM, with a smile as though she was telling me you got it ??. Her response gave me the energy to try again later ??
SO, THIS IS WHY YOU WILL NOT GET THE ADVERTISED POSITION

1. Lack of mental preparation.

***When an advert is made, don't try to apply, apply with a hope that you will get it, so, mental preparation is key in the regard.
2. Time management.
***Take the job seriously, together with those panelists, don't take anything for granted at this point, it's serious business.
3. They know me, I know them kind of mentality.
*** On this one I tried my best to pretend I don't know them so that I become real, during this time, it doesn't matter who is interviewing you, you don't know each other period.
4. Luck of confidence.
*** Listen, even when you don't know what you are talking about, let your confidence save you from your ignorance, you may all be aware that I'm not any close to Talent Acquisition Development (TAD), but I made sure I spoke my heart out.
5. Be careful how you bring out the truth.
*** The best way to save yourself from losing the position, or the offer is to remain professional, don't bring in some funny understanding, remember, even the police use the truth to arrest people, so be careful.
6. Dressing anyhow.
*** Make sure your dress code is to the point, don't just come anyhow because they know how you dress, this time dress to the best, be formal.
In conclusion, whether you get the job or don't, whosoever gets it, love them, continue on your position, don't behave like you have been fired, all those who were interviewing you have gone, life continues.
