!!! Why you haven’t got to your ideal weight yet (You need this, I hate seeing people struggle)!!!


15 years ago this was me:

Stressed

Anxious

Sleep-deprived

Exhausted

low self-esteem

Burned out from trying so hard

Disappointed with my body

No consistency 

Feeling low from negative self-talk

cravings that were driving me mad

Today:

Calm,

Confident

Happy

Huge self-belief

Consistent with healthy habits

Full of energy

I can see my abs and it feels great.

I can wear just about anything and feel proud.

I have a positive cheerleader in my mind

I feel so grateful and excited every day

I still have other things but I prefer healthy food.

This didn’t just happen by accident, I started to realize I needed to get some help.

I did 5 simple things and just kept going!

The more I did them the easier it got,

If you really want to feel good and get the results with your body and your mind you have to focus!

Feeling good needs to be a priority (show yourself you care!)

Most people spend any breaks from their work searching youtube for the next diet or exercise fad something that with be a magic pill,

They meditate and start to feel a bit better but still don't have the results they really want.

Well sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the only real answer to this is in your mind,

YOU JUST NEED TO LEARN HOW TO USE IT!

You can lift yourself out of all the old negative programming and start being kind to yourself.

Not by seeing all the unhealthy snacks and alcohol as a good thing that you're treating yourself to (big mistake)

But by doing what's going to really make you feel amazing for the long term.

I see so many people doing crazy diets and exercise that is just impossible to stick to when you're a busy professional or run a business,

What about all your other responsibilities I hear you.

Taking care of your family. (its all a lot to juggle)

I know and I promise you, anyone can do this.

You don't have to starve yourself or give up your career its how you think about everything thats important.

Its time to see a new perspective,
