Why you don’t get paid for what you do…

Last week on Fast Track Friday (weekly facebook live) I talked about the importance of valuing yourself and your worth.

So, in terms of what you get paid, it's important to remember that you don't get paid for what you do... you get paid for what you've done. Where you place yourself in the marketplace is always a matter of value. What do you think you're worth?
