Why you don’t get paid for what you do…

Last week on Fast Track Friday (weekly facebook live) I talked about the importance of valuing yourself and your worth.
So, in terms of what you get paid, it's important to remember that you don't get paid for what you do... you get paid for what you've done. Where you place yourself in the marketplace is always a matter of value. What do you think you're worth?
I am going to share a quote that is likely to resonate with many of you; it certainly does with me.
‘'If I do a job in 30 minutes, it's because I spent ten years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years, not the minutes’- Davy Greenberg
What you do is the representation of all the work, completed projects and hard graft that led you to where you are today. My question is, are you valuing yourself high enough?
Success is not an accident – one of the key chapters in my book, RISE, provides a formula that can transform your thinking which will, in turn, lead you to the success you desire by understanding your true worth.
