Schedule regular team exercises to revisit and discuss each value, with everyone sharing their perspective.


Tip 5: Use Values as a Filter

When faced with key decisions around hiring, firing, business partnerships, or new client opportunities, use your core values as a filter.

Attract people who believe what you believe.


Your team will be energized by a shared sense of purpose.

Your clients will be drawn to the authenticity behind your brand.
