This is why you aren't getting interviews?

When you apply to a Job, there is a 75% chance that your profile won't get seen by a REAL person!


That's Sh*t isn't it?


You spend time completing an application that you feel you are perfect for, yet......you hear NOTHING!


But do you know why this happens?


Most think it's the Recruiter or Talent Acquisition, or Hiring Manager being lazy or incompetent!

Thanks for the interesting insight Tom Wood! But let’s be honest why this process has been automated and dose companies are really looking for talent, or is just strategic move for delusions competitors. Personal opinion is most likely offered role on the market to be given to internal candidates as recognition (depending on the position in the hierarchy). I do understand your marketing prospect with the post as well, and I hope people really find them opportunities in The Hub!
