Why Would You Let ATSs Screen Out Your Resume When There's A Better Way?

Resume screening databases don't make hiring decisions. Recruiters and HR don't make hiring decisions.


So why are you letting Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiters and HR screen you out?


Because it's what you've been taught to do ... Apply online or go through HR.
