Why would I care about VMware VVOLs?

There is a lot of talk around and about VVOLs and Granular Data Storage Management into a VMware vSphere environment since many years.

But why all the fuss about it? What are the specific results I may be getting if I migrate to VVOLS?

This is exactly what I did try to answer in the video, where I did briefly demonstrate some interesting end results that you will get once you deployed your VMs to leverage VVOLs on a Pure Storage FlashArray.
