?? Meditative, focus-resetting activity before diving into work to avoid getting overwhelmed by negative news or urgent tasks.

2???Balancing Long-Term Vision with Immediate Execution?Leaders must balance short-term execution with long-term strategy.

?? When people who feel insecure sometimes focus on short-term outcomes but lose passion shortly after tracking those endless short-term outcomes. Reviewing your long-term goals consistently will help you stay on track and keep excited about your achievements along the way.

3?? Managing Energy & Avoiding Burnout

?? Stay mindful of which tasks drain your?energy the most. Follow the 80/20 rule?to prevent burning out.

I began to write a journal 10 years ago. The notebooks help me remember what happened to my life and what shaped me today.
