Why Working With Higher Level Clients Is The Key To Your Breakthrough

One of the fastest and easiest ways to deliver more value is to sign clients who already have momentum.

Folks who are mentally, emotionally, and financially ready to pick up what you're putting down.

Clients who energize and inspire you.

We both know how it feels to work with the other kind of people.

The over delivering, the burnout, the gaping holes left in your confidence when they don't get results.

Not much fun, is it?

So let's talk about what needs to happen to call in the higher level clients you really want to work with.

The first shift you need to make is internal.

You’ve got to let go of who you think you are and commit to being in integrity with your higher self.

From that place you can actually OWN the value you bring to the table.

And (finally!) give yourself permission to be the leader you're meant to be.

If you try to skip this, the fear of being “found out”, not good enough, or “too much” (my personal favorite) will repel the A players.

Do that and the right clients will show up so fast, in such abundance that you'll wonder where they've been hiding.

Next, let’s address your offer and pricing as they are critical to your positioning.

If you want to call in the best of the best, they have to feel that your container can hold their bigness and their messiness.

They don’t need or want tons of calls, modules, worksheets, or bonuses.

What they’re ultimately seeking is more value - insight, perspective shifts, and to think bigger.

The essential tweaks that can take them from pain to pleasure faster and easier.

Your ability to facilitate the transformation they seek is sub-communicated as much through your pricing as it is through your content.

$10K for a year’s worth of coaching does not convey mastery nearly as well as $10K for 2 days or 3 months.

Likewise, $30K and $50K+ fees for 3 - 12 month engagements are not a big deal for clients who KNOW they will receive a ton of value.

What people are buying is your confidence to deliver, which speaks volumes through your pricing.

That said, if your business model revolves around serving large numbers of people at lower price points.

AND you can manage that without sacrificing their results or your sanity, keep charging whatever you’re charging.

But if that’s proving to be unsustainable, then increasing your fees and reducing the number of clients you work with will deliver way more value for them and put just as much (if not more) money in the bank.

If you’re committed to serving at your highest level and having more fun in the process, you’ve got to willing to let go of the wrong clients to create space for the right ones.

Is that scary?

Yes.

But those who are brave enough to take a stand for what they really want and deserve get the rewards.
