So…You Want To Be An Influencer?
People don’t care about all of a company's perks. They care about the values.
Just take a look at WeWork. They went all out with beer kegs, and yet, when lockdown hit, they closed their doors. No one cared.?
Why? Because as convenient as these work perks maybe, people are searching for more. They desire impact. Community.?
Something bigger. Something more. Something more impactful.
Karen Mangia, VP of Customer & Market Insights at Salesforce, joined me in the studio to discuss The Great Resignation, how you can grow to be an influential leader, and why work benefits don’t matter.?
The Sex Cult Nun?
In the 1960s, Faith’s grandfather founded the Children of the God Movement. It was active in over 100 countries with 10,000 members.? Years after it was founded,? Faith was born into a sex cult.
Faith Jones is an international corporate attorney, author, and TEDx speaker who capitalized on her unusual background to create her unique "I Own Me" framework that empowers all people to claim their innate power in business and personal relationships. Her goal is to see people, united and empowered, offer the best chance for a promising future for our children and all humanity.
In this episode, Faith shares her experience living inside a sex cult, how she eventually left it, and the core reason why so many people join cults.?

Are Your Kids Too Young, Or Are You Just Not Prepared?
Safety is not the absence of knowledge but accessing knowledge from safe sources.
Many parents try to shelter their kids by restricting information and preventing kids from learning about various things in the world due to their fear that it is unsafe.?
This creates a perpetual cycle where kids learn it for themselves, often from the wrong sources and perspectives.
In this episode, I share my childhood experiences, parenting style, and how you can become a safe source for your kid to learn about the world instead of from others.
