Why women are more preferable as a professional in corporate world...

Good Afternoon All My Lovely Friends,

After spending weeks on this, I have tried my best to give you something better than so many things. So it’s my humble request you all to go through it & give your comments and share if you like it and correct me wherever required.

Now coming to the point, I believe by looking at emerging world economy which is becoming less based on physical strength and more dependent on intelligence and emotional balance and the very evidence of this is the increasing women numbers into corporate world.

Now the question is what makes women to change this scenario from the earlier.  Hence, when I started thinking of it, the following inbuilt magnificent supreme qualities of them made me to dive deep inside those qualities with a sincere attitude of reverence and faith to find from where it comes or in short to find the greatness of foundation, as just the dark unfathomed depths of the ocean contain most precious pearls.

As it has been observed and accepted that women are the ones who are expected to handle various responsibilities from the childhood which makes them a good multi-tasker.

Also one possible explanation for this which still saturates leadership and management - is that female leaders or managers "might be somewhat more adept and purposeful in using their natural talents to engage themselves to produce expected result”.

But while finding the greatness of foundation, I got many a things in my mental research which are as follows,

As the first and most important learning in a child's life happens within the family, Children learn from the way people treat them and from what they see, hear and experience starting as soon as they are born.  And therefore learning start from childhood. As most of time children spent with their mothers from where their learning start and they get to learn the maximum magnificent supreme qualities which I feel makes them to be more preferable into corporate world.

And that leaning taught them to be more focused on important things like girls show more self regulation than boys when it’s come to discipline. They tend to follow rules, pay attention to specific instructions and details as well as display an overall sense of self discipline by working through long term assignments despite boredom and frustration. Girls are also more likely to choose their homework before indulging in relaxing activities like watching T.V, Playing with friends, reading or surfing the internet. And most important part is they are the one who are more attached towards their parents than men.

Now what qualities or lesson they learn from their mother which helped them to be more preferable into corporate world such as,

The first lesson, they get to learn from their mother is Work starts when you wake up and ends when you sleep

Mornings start with breakfast for the kids and taking care of them and preparation until she send them off to school then she may be have a moment of peace but all that is used for housework, and everything else the household needs. And her focus is always to make healthy meals, to keep her whole family feeling their best, as well as keeping each and everyone healthy and strong (so they can deal with all the challenges in their day!).

Second lesson, That recognition does not matter and have no effect on work quality like Mother don’t often get recognized for her work but in spite of it she shows consistency without any bad feeling.

In corporate world we as men live in a generation that craves recognition for work that we do. Mother doesn’t often get recognized for being a great housewife or a good housewife outside the home.  And recognition does not matter and have no effect on work quality is the great leaning from mother to her girl child as she is the one who spent more time with her.

Third lesson, Have more patience like mother. As children observed many a times that mother are far more patient with them than father. Mother is less likely to jump to an immediate conclusion or make a quick decision or take action too soon. And this is one of the unique quality makes them better than anyone else’s that is willing to wait longer for a desired result. Why this is an important skill for everyone: because for most small businesses, “overnight success” takes 7 to 10 years. The winners are the ones that can be patient enough to take actions, which result in small steps toward a specific goal.

Fourth lesson, what you give does not get affected by what you get as Mother has no salary but that does not make any difference in her love and work.

While most of us work hard all month we’re reminded at the end of every month why we work so hard. That’s on payday when we get our pay. We can then buy something we like or treat ourselves to a good meal. But mother have no pay day… nothing to give them any sense of encouragement or a “pat on the back” to say “good job on getting through with this busy month”. And this one is the great lesson to do selfless act which girls learn from the childhood.

Fifth Lesson, Never be dependent for our own work, if mother don’t get the laundry done, nobody gets the laundry done. During the day there’s nobody for them to lean on when they get frustrated with their housework or anyone.

Sixth Lesson: The most important thing is the work like “work is worship”

Mother has no annual leave whatsoever. The only time she gets to take leave is when father decides to go for a family holiday during the school holidays. Even then it’s like a working holiday for her. Again a great lesson.

Seventh Lesson, Better at activating passion. Mother is “more astute about knowing how to activate passion in her kids. Many a times even they watch the 43 muscles on husband face and got to know about how the entire day spent by her husband and make sure to change his emotions.”

And that’s why I came to a conclusion that women value common welfare above singular success. Women are more open to cooperation than competition. Women have evolved to focus more on prudent long-term survival, and less on immediate gains.

And whatever today I am is just because of my mom, my mother deserves more than this blog post as she taught me that anyone can be what they wants to be in their life. To be successful (whatever that means to you) you need to get out there and do the things which matter the most. Luck happens because you work hard and then your hard work pays off. Be good to people and to yourself and good things will come to you. Hard work is something we are all capable of. The world holds whatever you want to make of it. So get up and start working towards thing which matter the most. If you want to get somewhere in life you need to work towards it. Have your eyes on that goal and work towards every day. No one can stop you from achieving those goals except you.

Similarly, My wife who has the more responsibility more than me by not only having responsibility of job but also having responsibility of house and she perform its in better manner. Her inherent qualities makes her good managers as she is more patient in the difficult situation and are able to manage situations with her positive attitude and calm mind.

LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST – “BEHIND THE SUCCESS OF EVERY MAN THERE IS A WOMAN”, because the empowered woman is powerful beyond measure and beautiful beyond description.

I believe that all qualities which girls learn from her mother makes her more preferable as a professional into corporate world. Also I think I have covered most of in my mental research, please let me know if I have missed anything...
