WHY WHY? WHERE IS KINDNESS AND COMPASSION (AND THIS IS NOT POLITICAL)?

As kind as I try to be and then having a wonderful day at a client and a new client driving home talking, I saw my son was calling me. He was so distraught. WHY WOULD ANY HUMAN BEING TAKE A SCISSOR AND VICIOUSLY KILL MY SALOME into pieces, a tortoiseshell feral cat, who loves my fire pit chairs or one of the winter straw boxes a neighbor gave me? SALOME stayed in my backyard all the time. My neighbors are great.

WHO? WHY? So gentle and sweet.

After helping out in my neighbor's domestic dispute last Saturday and this event, I'm thankful for my local police force. I can't speak publicly on either but a warning for all....people are hired to find strays and even your own cats/dogs outside in quiet neighborhoods during the day. Not to get graphic, but these people get paid by animal experimentation labs to "collect" them for the experiments....and that you wouldn't know are happening in places within your community. The people who said above animal violence is many times a precursor to human killers are very correct in research. Our neighbors all take care of the feral animals so it is probably a result of an animal who resisted being taken. Salome has only known --since she was born --my big backyard and my garage and probably resisted. I appreciate your concern about this situation, especially my neighbors who help with the countless homeless animals. Can't say more, but I am glad there are people in the world who care!!! Watch your babies if you see vans, unfamiliar people around. I'll leave it at that.
