Why West Sussex?

I have recently been looking at the South Coast of England because I am recruiting for social workers in that area. Currently I am looking around West Sussex! We all say how lucky we are to live here and just how beautiful it is and how much we just don’t see.

I really am feeling all south coast and West Sussex in particular . Just want to share with you some of the places I would like to visit

 Harbour Park is an amusement park in the coastal resort of Littlehampton. Founded in 1932 by Billy Butler – A national Treasure! Those of us old enough remember many happy family holidays at Butlins, this park does let you down in the nostalgia stakes, CaterPillar Coaster, log flume, Waltzer its got it all

Step aside Downton. Arundel Castle was established by Roger de Montgomery on Christmas Day 1067 and Today the castle remains the principal seat of the Dukes of Norfolk, the dukedom currently being held by the 18th Duke, the Earl Marshal of England

Worthing Pier is a public pleasure pier and I do love a Pier. Since 2008, Worthing Pier has been the home of the annual International Birdman competition

The Pavilion Theatre and Denton Cafe is situated at the northern, land end of the pier; at the middle of course it has a 1935 amusement arcade!

Chichester Cathedral, formally known as the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity, is the seat of the Anglican Bishop of Chichester. I am not much into all that but I do appreciate a striking building and the peace and quiet you get in a religious site

 I do love a beach hut and that’s all I have to say on that …
