Why is wedding photography so expensive?

Wedding photography is so expensive just because two important factor i.e. the vision that how photographer see that moment and other on is Post-Processing quality.

Let me share one of my personal experience.

I know so many photographers as I am in post processing industry, so the scene is one photographer charge $250 for a whole day as a freelance photographer. He go Canon 1 Dx and good camera kit but his knowledge is little less, so he got only $250. Another one is younger and has Canon 5D Mark III, but he around $800 -$1000 for one day and he only do candid. He got very good experience in photography especially candid.

So it is quite clear that having big camera and flash is not important, all depends on photographer’s experience, knowledge & vision that how he/she sees the moment and how best result he delivered to the client.
