Why are we unable to achieve our dreams?
We are unable to achieve our dreams because we put only our mind to it Not our heart.
When you put your heart into something.
We do it for the joy of doing.?
The mind however does it only for the reason of achieving.
When we fail the mind sees it as failure.
The heart however enjoys the journey.
The heart makes us continue.
The mind makes us stop.
There was a beautiful line in the movie Titanic
"My heart will go on..."
In reality, maybe it meant to say
My heart will make me go on.

Simple steps to Change your Life in 4 weeks.
This works like Magic:
1. Week 1: Write down each time a thought comes to your mind. Empty the thought fully from your mind, put it down on paper. Put every small detail don't leave anything.?
2. Keep doing this every & every time by carrying a small diary with you. At the end of the week write your reflections. You will form a habit to write. Your mind will also stop thinking randomly. All your confusion will vanish.
3. From week 2: You can start putting better thoughts in your mind by writing new thoughts/ideas. This will make a shift in your thought process. Continue writing any random thoughts that come
4. Week 3: Start reading & watching content which is good for you. This will further change your thoughts. Continue writing down your thoughts in your diary.
5. Week 4: Start spending time with people you admire. Decrease interactions with negative people. Continue writing, reading, watching good content.?
By week 4: You will have a clear mind, you can write well, you can influence your own thoughts, you can slowly become like the amazing people you admire

2 年We're Unable To Achieve Our Dreams....Cause Most Of Times......We Don't Know What We Want To Do With Our Lives.....We Don't Know What Our True Purpose Is On Earth.....The Only Thing That Keeps Us Indians Sailing Through Is......Either We Follow The Herd ?? Or We Are "Jugaadu".... Meaning.....We've Always Found Our Own Way To Work Around Things....Just To May Be Stick In A Position Or Simple Survive....And Not Thrive..... Neither Did Our Parents Knew About Life Or What To Do With It.... Therefore....We Are Unable To Achieve What We Really Dream !
