Today, an increasing number of organizations are recognizing the importance of putting culture first. Essentially, it means building a people-centric organization that focuses first on its employees. It values the happiness of the employees as much as the bottom line.
An organization’s culture has always been important. But nowadays, it has become more than just a catchphrase. It is a significant differentiator that provides a sustainable advantage and leaves your competitors in the dust. It also helps to attract the right kind of people.
