Why We Lose Confidence?
Let me tell you my story, I was a not bright student and lost myself to cancer completely. I no more socialize, study, and was very stressed and depressed. For the time being, I saw everyone trespassing me, I became a nobody. It was so lonely since reality is no one cares at the end of the day. And when I lost everything, I realize its time for me to get back on track. since I can't lose anything anymore now.
Started studying, following my hobbies, started eating healthy, sleeping healthy, began meditation and therapist sessions, start keeping myself busy, started reading self-help books. It was not easy to love myself all over again because I was broken and bleeding from hell lot of places but gathered all my courage piece by piece. Start visualizing myself as a great mentorship to groom people around me and really made such good friends on my way out who helped me in healing.
I used to live so busy that my mind no more had time to think anything negative or meaningless that slowly I fall in love with me. began feeling so worthy again.
Have you ever realized that we have no one in our lives except for ourselves? No matter how great a career you have or family, friends but there will be a time when you will be completely alone and that’s the time you will be needing the most.
If you are losing yourself over your friends, family, or career then it's not worth it. nothing is permanent except for ourselves. I can give you thousands of tips for self-confidence but nothing gonna work if you don't love yourself.
The answer is very simple because you have not realized that you can do everything. Yes. Just believe that you can do everything again and again and meditate for some time daily. Meditation can help you realize that you can do everything. Don't think that you don't have confidence.
you are losing self-confidence because you worry about what others say or think about you. just don’t care about them and keep walking in the right path you would never lose your confidence.
Take a lesson from this pandemic, people are dying so lonely, so quarantined.

- love yourself
- Be thankful that you are happy and alive
- forgive yourself.
- Accept yourself completely and unconditionally.
- pamper yourself
- give yourself me-time where do everything that you love
- Talk to yourself most importantly.
