Information in CRMs tends to be outdated, incomplete, inconsistent, and unreliable, resulting in the company not having full visibility on the sales teams’ performance. Companies spend $103bn annually in CRM systems, but poor data results in significant ROI loss. This is a global pain and 95% of companies have CRM data quality issues.
As we spent more time looking into scalable solutions, we noticed that Piper is at the forefront of solving this real problem for salespeople. The rapid evolution of LLMs capabilities’ has enabled Piper to build a product with a high reliability, to be used by sales professionals in demanding working environments, which would have not been possible 18 months ago.?
Piper AI is a Gen AI-enabled pipeline automation software that allows B2B businesses to improve data in relation to its clients, deals and overall pipeline. First time we met Sergio we were very impressed by his deep understanding on the problem, having experienced it in multiple sales functions across Twitter, Google and Stripe.
