Why we have challenges

Hey there!
My purpose and desire to sit with a client is to accompany them with compassion for wherever they are in their awakening journey. What is awakening? It’s (my opinion) when you look at your circumstances and realize something must shift. You wake up to your truth.
It’s understanding that what’s showing up in our life (and not working), is simply an indicator of where there’s some pain.
As I sift through my own challenges I can so easily relate to others in theirs. It doesn’t matter what the issue is. It’s hard, frustrating, painful and isolating. We all need safe places to look at our pain and learn how to move through it.
I help others because I’ve needed it. I still need help. If I wasn’t humbled with challenges myself, I wouldn’t be able to help anyone.
Here’s why I believe these challenges are here. Maybe you can relate with your challenge.
You’ve heard, turn your pain into power, turn your mess into your message? Haha. Ya, like that. So actually, I’m grateful for it. What a nice way to look at a challenge right?
I can think of many times that I wasn’t feeling good and could easily blame another. What I’ve realized - when I begin projecting my negativity outwards, that’s an indicator that I need to go inwards. I know when I’m not okay. And I can’t source my okayness onto someone else. This is my responsibility. Or at least be honest and say hey, I’m not okay.
So, if I can offer you any guidance today, it is - when you’re not okay, go inward. It’s not about what you aren’t getting. It’s about what you're not giving to yourself.
Thanks for being with me,
?? Kristi
