In recent years, the world has experienced fundamental changes with the expansion of the internet, the growing importance of social media and the rising popularity of mobile-based products and services. These changes have significantly altered how the modern business environment works. In the last 10 years, the impact of this has been felt significantly in HR with the explosion of HR technology to service every aspect of the employee experience from hiring to offboarding.
For the past 150 years, big companies with large factories and facilities and budgets dominated the world of commerce. With these technological advancements, any size business are now able to compete in the “war for talent” and provide nimble, clever (relatively in-expensive) solutions to best support their workforce. No longer does size or budget have to dictate having great HR technology and systems.
The Vendors pay to have a listing on the site. And we want them to be found. A place to showcase their wares. Many of these vendors are new and have created great innovative products, so come check them out.
We encourage HR practitioners to come and visit, have demos and engage in the Tech. Many are lifelong learners. However, for most HR practitioners this is a brave new world. Many don’t know the technologies out there, what they do, how they work or how to professionally negotiate and acquire them. Or what and how to integrate them to deliver higher quality HR services and great employee experiences. Similarly, IT departments often can’t help (they don’t know this stuff either, it’s all so new).
That’s where we come in. We have a list! 2000 HR tech vendors and counting globally and aim to help HR professionals find great HR technologies to help solve simple and complex problems. We aim to help and connect great vendors with HR professionals.
We aim to also inform and educate with articles, blogs, templates, and case studies. We hope to build a community. With events listed and a job board too. A bit like “Air BNB” for HR tech. If it’s out there it will be on our website… the marketplace, the place to go to find sort and compare HR Tech. So, you can actually compare apples and apples, not apples and oranges.
We’ve also done the hard work for you (HR). we estimate research on one product category takes about 50 hours. We’ve got 19 key HR categories sorted with about 130 subcategories. Which makes it easier for HR to find the tech they are looking for. You can also sort by country, by location, size or by name…. You’ll find what you’re looking for on the HR Tech market.
The best thing as well – it’s free for HR practitioners.
I know many HR practitioners love to be in the know, and this is a great place to connect. learn and get educated.
Finally, we are a .com, this is a global site, and we now have offices in the United Kingdom and Australia with further expansion into new cities planned in 2020 and beyond.
So come find the HR tech you’re looking for.

4 年As a HR / IR & BUSINESS Coach ?practitioner operating in the Regional economy of Cairns & North Qld the biggest challenge for Business owners is being organised with their HR / Payroll documentation. On line systems and HRIS systems ( in the past anyway) have focussed on the big corporates for obvious reasons of scale and capacity to pay. What are the most appropriate Platforms and adaptive "kiosk" approaches that can suit the 10 -30 company/ NFP with a mixture of FT/PT/Casuals etc This is the challenge! ? ??
