Inner Circle isn’t a typical career coaching program—it’s an insider guide to navigating the biases baked into hiring systems that Team JTC is privy to.

Job seekers are going to experience straight talk on how to handle interviews where nobody looks or sounds like you, how to stop second-guessing yourself, and how to move up when you’ve been overlooked one too many times.
