Why bubbles?

We call ourselves?Bubbologists because every organisation is a network of relationships—leaders, teams, power dynamics, unspoken tensions—all coexisting in interconnected "bubbles.”

Bubbles are Cognatio Lab's metaphor for the often invisible third entity of relationship systems that exist between individuals, teams, and the whole organisation. These bubbles shape how people connect, collaborate, and perform.
