Came home from working the overnight last night.
Mom prepared breakfast.
Baby bro is near the door to go to school.
It's sunny outside — 46 degrees here in New York.
Let's talk about why walking is good for you.
------------------------------
One of the things you can do in your free time is this.
Walk.
It's a key to live longer and move your body.
You may be thinking: "Why do I need to walk?"
To make sure your body is working at its best.
There are different types of walking:
Mom uses a walker to recover her leg strength.
It is close to impossible to live without walking. When I got off the bus this morning, a little girl was walking past a school with her mother.
Have you ever noticed people walking or jogging?
Some people do it because it's fun.
Others walk as a habit or routine.
You can walk outside or inside.
Find a park or a place where you can walk.
Had a case where someone said to me: "Good morning!"
And I said the same thing back.
Walk to enjoy yourself.
See you in the next one!
Talk soon,
Craig
P.S. Do you like to walk or run?

I love how you’ve captured the simplicity and joy of walking, while reminding us of its health benefits. Personally, I enjoy walking, especially as a way to reflect or reset during the day. Thanks for sharing, Craig.

1 个月3 Simple ways to turn habits into consistent walking every day… 1/ Create a Daily Walking Routine → Establish a specific time each day dedicated to walking 2/ Set Clear Walking Goals → Determine how far or how long you want to walk each day (1km, 2km, or 3km…) 3/ Track Your Walks → Use a journal or app to log your walks and celebrate milestones Consistency isn’t about how far you can walk. → It’s showing up every day and doing it.

1 个月I am obese and always conflicted if it does more good to my heart than damage to my knees. My knees have a strong burning sensation after a few days of daily walks. I don't even overdo it. Just a few kilometers. Craig Davis
