Why use a venue finder?

How many times have you asked round the office ‘where shall we hold our event?’ and received many vastly different ideas? Usually, those with the loudest voice or the most ardent opinion will influence you most. And they may be right in their choice but equally, they may have been influenced themselves by a good or bad visit, or by looking at review websites such as Trip advisor. What suits one person may not suit another; as an organiser, you’re looking for the perfect fit for your event.

You therefore have two choices – you either do it yourself or you can use a venue finder. A venue finder is trained to impartially assess venues and continually improve their knowledge of venues whether that is by actually working on events or by visiting them. In contrast, you need to take time out of your day to visit those venues you think might work, maybe relying on colleagues’ chip-ins or a website, only to find that it doesn’t feel right or the customer service is poor or your event just doesn’t work there. Or, you might have missed THE one that would be fabulous.
