5 年I come up against so many projects where my ‘competition’ has really messed up the costing of the job due to lack of detail and understanding of exactly what’s involved. I see it so often and it’s a real shame because it causes a lot of confusion for clients, and in my opinion is the biggest cause of projects eventually going wrong. People often don’t value the importance of a well put together job cost analysis. I’n my opinion it is as important as a good set of plans.
