Why use ChatGPT? Why now starting today?

The ease of use and lack of friction that ChatGPT offers are important considerations that AI companies?must take into account. Within minutes or hours of use, customers can begin using it without needing to grasp the technology and recognize its worth.?

Because of this, ChatGPT quickly attracted millions of users after its launch. AI-based products are typically difficult, have lengthy sales cycles, and offer less glamorous solutions than a tool that can produce articles for you. Vendors of AI-based products face marketing difficulties as a result of this circumstance. How do we promote a product that often fills a niche need, necessitates thorough explanations or walkthroughs, and could take a while for users to realize a return on investment? For every one?of us, this problem will be crucial in 2023.

Another noteworthy element is time. We in the business are aware that ChatGPT-like products currently exist. But how did millions of users discover ChatGPT within a few days after it was released? OpenAI did not launch a multi-million dollar marketing effort or hire influencers to promote it. Although their brand was already well-known, it wasn't as if their other items were receiving the same attention as ChatGPT.

One of the causes is that some AI businesses have realized they must first consider their customers, identify their problems, and then develop the technology. The first error made by several AI product vendors was to require the newest technology to utilize a wealth of useful academic data before figuring out how to market it. Because of this, Gartner notes that more AI projects fail than succeed each year.?

How can we make something useful out of the technologies we already have? was all that OpenAI did. You can see that the tool is easy to use and places a strong emphasis on utility. It serves a straightforward purpose—an answer or response to one's words—and isn't flashy or futuristic-looking. That's all, everyone. Consumers who needed access to AI are just starting to learn about our reality. We also needed to make AI much simpler to understand and utilize so that people could use it.

Last but not least, the majority of ChatGPT users neither know nor care about what's going on within. OpenAI made little effort to describe the product, demonstrating that the consumer is not required to understand how it works. All they need to do is learn how to use it. Consider electricity I barely get how technology functions, but I am highly proficient at using it.?

Both how we, at MarkiTech, do software development incl testing, and marketing especially in the health and tech space can be done using ChatGPT. Interestingly, this is?going to force?our?tech and marketing team to reconsider how we've?done work until now.?

We will turn ChatGPT as our competitive advantage going?into 2023.?
