What is a Bond Originator? When you are looking to buy a home, you generally need to loan the money from a bank - called a bond. A lot of people just go to their own bank, they do not know that companies like us exist, to assist them with the process, at no charge to them selves!

Bond Originators are invaluable to home buyers because 

• You can have an idea of what the bank will loan you before you house hunt, preventing disappointment later when you do not qualify for what you thought you could get from the bank
• You only need to deal with one person not 5 banks
• This means only one application not 5 different ones all wanting 5 different types of documents 
• The banks know you are dealing with all the other banks so give more competitive rates. Contrary to popular belief, you do NOT automatically get a good rate from your own bank!
• When you get your bond quotes, the originator goes back and fights for a better rate for you by playing the banks against each other 
• The buyer does not pay them. It’s a free service!!
