Why not try those tape to save costs ?

At OEM/ODM companies in Electronics and Automotive Industry, the brand tape such as 3M /Tesa / Nitto /SCAPA, Etc use a lot. But at some place, don’t have to use the brand tape. Also, some customers ask the factories to save cost to be more competitive . Using the tape made in China is a good choice.

Here are the tape made in China which almost replace brand tape, except for Military /Aerospace field .

1. Kapton/Polyimide tape / Glass cloth tape,mainly apply for High frequency transformer / PCB/ painting/Powder coating ,ect ,The place need to be insulation and high temperature resist.

2. Double-sided Acrylic foam tape mainly replace 3M VHB tape

3. Double-sided PET /PVC Tape mainly replace Tesa Tape 

4.Thermal conduct Tape replace 3M 8810 series 

5.Electric Conduct Tape ( Aluminum foil tape/ Cooper foil tape /Conduct coth tape Etc)
