Why Transparency Is The Best Policy

Last week, I mentioned how it's important to review.
It's also important to be transparent.
I mentioned: "Tip #2: To learn what you can do a better job on."
There is always room to improve.?
To find better ways to communicate and learn.
Here are two tips on why transparency is the best policy:
Tip #1: To share who you are without holding back.
When you hold back, you hold people back from learning about you.
When I was younger, I had to go to a Speech and Language class.
Every grade from elementary school to even college.
To learn how to communicate.?
I didn't become the lean, clean, commenting machine without work.
It's not easy.
I recognize to socialize is a life skill. To be on LinkedIn and take action helped me to be more comfortable.
Share your scars, focus on excellence and share your story of who you are.
When you open yourself to people, you relate to what people go through.
Tip #2: To help and encourage people to be honest with themselves.
Ever wonder why people don't share??
It's fear. Fear of not being liked or open.
A door to lock and unlock with the right key: You.
Help people unlock the next level of themselves.
It takes being self-aware and open about mistakes made.
The hero's journey is to be humble, ask for help, overcome struggles, be transparent, and help others.
You can be the hero of your own journey or someone else's journey.
Transparency with excellence is a personal journal of who you were to who you are.?
There is a time and a place to be transparent. When you choose to.
What else did I miss about transparency?
