2 个月As I read the article, I had to think about the times I reached out to be coached. For me, it has been a couple of times. I always associated coaching for those who were executives, but I think middle managers need coaching as well. As I write, I think about how all team members should be offered a few coaching sessions so everyone is focused on their professional development.
