Keeping communication clear is one of the biggest challenges in the new communication era!
There has never been a time when humanity could share information so quickly. Events from anywhere in the world can be transmitted online to anyone with a mobile phone or other web-connected device.
New tools that enable this capability are constantly emerging. However, this technological revolution can lead to chaos for many of us. People are constantly exchanging messages, sending documents, and responding to questions using various computer software programs, mobile applications, and even physical documents.
Has the quality of communication improved due to this evolution? I don't think so. As the volume of information increases, many people prefer to read and respond to shorter messages. However, these shorter messages often fail to convey the essential information needed for a proper interpretation, especially in business proposals.
What are the main impacts of this new communication method on companies' businesses? For example, in the sale of technical solutions, the buyer's understanding may differ from the seller's, leading to potential misunderstandings and stressful situations at the start of a project. In extreme cases, this can result in contract termination or the seller having to allocate more resources than anticipated to meet the customer's demands.
Ultimately, despite the abundance of resources and the remarkable advancements in recent years, we still struggle with a lack of clarity in our interactions. This remains one of the biggest challenges in creating a better, safer, and more productive world.

6 个月I believe that the challenges of communication go far beyond clarity in interactions or longer communication. The real challenge is understanding and interpretation, especially in the business world, many compliances happen due to a lack of effective internal communication. Therefore, it is first necessary to organize internal communication, in order to build effective external communication. As the ancients used to say, "first tidy up your house."?
