Why? Why? WHY???

Why? Why? WHY???

Why does this keep happening? Why me? Why can’t I do better? If you ever ask those questions when things don’t go how you want or expect, please listen up.

Asking "Why" questions when experiencing something you don’t want only fixates your brain on what you don’t want.

So, what can you do instead??Start to ask "What" or “How” questions because it makes space inside of you by inviting the universe in. It opens your mind and heart to what’s possible instead of continuing to focus on what is or what has been.

For example, ask: How can I get to a better place? What must I do to be open to a better experience? What can I do to support myself now?

See the difference?

Here’s the deal: Life will continue to bump into life, and surprises—good, bad, big, and small—will come. And while we probably won't receive a text warning us of their arrival, we can learn what it takes to thrive no matter what.?
