Yes, there's a curriculum to follow, and we have structures, but they're more like guides than strict rules. They're flexible, open, and always evolving.Take, for instance, when we teach reading or literacy. While there's a standard curriculum, it's wonderfully open for fellows to experiment. We can try different activities, explore various approaches, and see what works best. This freedom is like a gift, and having a coach – our program manager – is like having a mentor who guides without restricting.This coach encourages thinking differently, always pushing us to explore new perspectives. It's about experimenting, and this freedom allows us to teach in a way that goes beyond the ordinary. Teaching becomes a tool to explore various possibilities with our students, making the learning experience rich and diverse.
